Motocorsa Racing is pleased to announce the confirmation of Alberto Surra for the 2027 Superbike World Championship season.
Following a 2026 season of continuous growth, which saw Alberto Surra take on his rookie WorldSBK campaign with Team Motocorsa Racing and Ducati, both parties have mutually agreed to continue the journey together for the 2027 Championship.
This year, Surra and the team have shown great maturity and remarkable consistency, impressing those within the paddock. The combination of the technical and human experience gained throughout the season gives the team every reason to look ahead to the start of the next Championship with positive expectations. For both Alberto and the team, continuity represents the right opportunity to take a further step forward. While remaining fully focused on finishing the current season in the best possible way, we look ahead to 2027 with great optimism.

The confirmation of Alberto Surra therefore further consolidates Motocorsa Racing’s WorldSBK project, with the team ready to take on the 2027 season alongside the Italian rider.
For Surra, it will be another opportunity to continue his development at the highest level of international motorcycle racing, building on the experience gained throughout 2026 and the strong working relationship he has now established with the team.
