JEREZ FP1 P 17 – FP2 P 5
Giornata di prove libere sul circuito di Jerez de la Frontera terminata in quinta posizione nelle FP2 per il Team Motocorsa Racing e Ryan Vickers, altro venerdì performante per il team lombardo che si prepara per affrontare le qualifiche e la gara 1 di domani.
Ryan Vickers:
“Primo giorno a Jerez concluso, è l’ultimo round con il team e siamo venuti qui tutti quanti con un buono spirito. Voglio fare del mio meglio per il team e per me stesso a questo ultimo appuntamento. E’ stata una lunga stagione in cui abbiamo fatto moltissimi progressi. Le FP1 sono state un po’ complicate, mentre nella seconda sessione il feeling con la moto era nettamente migliore, la squadra ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. Abbiamo finito la giornata in quinta posizione come a Estoril e sono molto felice, ora guardiamo già a domani.”
Lorenzo Mauri:
“Abbiamo concluso le FP2 del venerdì in quinta posizione, simulando con la gomma morbida SCQ in previsione delle qualifiche di domani e della Superpole Race di domenica, la mescola morbida ha funzionato bene e ora stiamo lavorando per la prima gara lunga di domani pomeriggio.”

Free practice day at the Jerez de la Frontera circuit ended in fifth place in FP2 for Team Motocorsa Racing and Ryan Vickers, another successful Friday for the Lombardy-based team as they prepare for tomorrow’s qualifying and Race 1.
Ryan Vickers:
“The first day at Jerez is over. It’s the last round with the team, and we all came here in good spirits. I want to do my best for the team and for myself for this last event. It’s been a long season in which we’ve made a lot of progress. FP1 was a bit complicated, but in the second session, the feeling with the bike was much better. The team did a great job. We finished the day in fifth position, as we did at Estoril, and I’m very happy. Now we’re already looking ahead to tomorrow.”
Lorenzo Mauri:
“We finished Friday’s FP2 in fifth position, simulating with the soft SCQ tyre in anticipation of tomorrow’s qualifying and Sunday’s Superpole Race. The soft compound worked well, and now we’re working towards tomorrow afternoon’s first long race.”
