ARAGON SUPERPOLE RACE: P 14 RACE 2: P 15
Il team Motocorsa Racing e Ryan Vickers concludono la domenica del round spagnolo, sul circuito di Aragon in quattordicesima posizione in Superpole race e al quindicesimo posto in gara2. Il pilota britannico insieme al team lombardo di Lorenzo Mauri portano a casa due gare in zona punti, buon risultato per Ryan Vickers che debutta per la prima volta su questo tracciato.
L’obiettivo per i prossimi due appuntamenti della stagione 2025 del campionato World Superbike, sarà, però, quello di centrare la top ten ed essere più incisivi sui sorpassi in gara.
Ryan Vickers:
“È stato un buon weekend, abbiamo concluso tutte le gare a punti e in gara 2 siamo stati molto veloci e il passo era veramente buono. Sono molto felice, il team ha lavorato benissimo, abbiamo capito su quali punti migliorare per andare più veloci e ora ci focalizziamo sul prossimo round in Estoril”
Lorenzo Mauri:
“Chiudiamo il weekend di Aragon con una quindicesima posizione, il rammarico è che abbiamo una moto con un potenziale molto alto, il passo gara è buono, il pilota è migliorato tantissimo, ma non siamo incisivi nei sorpassi e questo non ci da la possibilità di poter fare una gara in rimonta. Tuttavia siamo molto soddisfatti della squadra, del mezzo e delle performance del nostro motore. Continueremo a lavorare sodo in previsione delle ultime due gare del campionato.”

Motocorsa Racing Team and Ryan Vickers finish the Spanish round, on Aragon track, in fourteenth place in Superpole Race and in fifteenth place in Race 2. The British rider with Lorenzo Mauri’s team bring home two races in the point zone, good result for Ryan Vickers who debuts for the first time on this track. The focus on the two next round of the 2025 season of World Superbike Championship, will be to get into the top ten and being more decisive in overtaking during the race.
Ryan Vickers:
“It’s been a good weekend, we finished all the races with points and in Race 2 we’ve been very fast and the pase was very good. I’m very happy, the team worked very well, we understood what to improve to go faster and now focus on the next round in Estoril.”
Lorenzo Mauri:
“We finished the weekend here at Aragon with a fifteenth position, we have a bike with a very high potential, but we are not able to be decisive in overtaking and this doesn’t give us the chance to do comeback races. However, we’re satisfied of the team, the bike and of our engine performance. We’ll keep working hard for the next two races of the championship.”
